ON SUNDAY AUGUST 5th, 2018 NJWEEDMANS JOINT will host a fund raising event to reopen NJWEEDMANS JOINT. (12noon - 12pm) 322 East State Street, Trenton NJ 08608 NJWeedman fought the law and he won. This event is: (1) celebration of the victory over the state politicians (Senator Lesniack), The Mercer County Prosecutors (Onofri/Katz) and the Trenton police department ( GONZALES/Ward) who tried to close NJWEEDMANS JOINT permanently in a very public attempt to silence NJWeedman with prison. THEY ACCOMPLISHED NEITHER! NJWeedmans fought back (2) a fund raiser to re-open NJWEEDMANS JOINT. We plan on re-opening NJWeedmans JOINT and THE LIBERTY BELL TEMPLE on August 15th and need funds. People of all races and creeds gathered there and enjoyed good food, fellowship, artistic expression, and partook at this religious sanctuary. Edward Forchion, AKA NJWEEDMAN, and Debi Madaio opened The Joint in 2015, and 7 months thereafter in 2016 the Trenton Police force began targeting them, issuing dozens of BOGUS tickets for serving chicken wings after 11PM (#NOCHICKENWINGSAFTER11pm), when the law clearly allowed for the business to be open until 2AM. (ALL THESE CHARGES WERE DISMISSED A YEAR LATER: https://www.nj.com/mercer/index.ssf/2018/02/judge_... ) After Mr Forchion fought back by filing a federal lawsuit 3:16-cv-01339pgs against the Trenton police (3/8/16 - https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2016/03...), the police responded by hiring a RAT - (Zev M. LAPIDUS) to entrap him in a illegal entrapment scheme, then raiding the joint based on the words of this RAT, under false premises and fraudulent probable cause ( 4/27/16 https://www.nj.com/mercer/index.ssf/2016/04/police...). When that effort to close NJWEEDMANS JOINT didn't work the Prosecutors Office (Stephanie Katz) ultimately gained a false WITNESS TAMPERING indictment (3/28/17) and jailed Mr Forchion for 447 days without bail….( www.nj.com/marijuana/2018/05/nj_weedman_ac... ) for a crime he did NOT commit and was found not guilty of- twice! THIS JAILING WAS DESIGNED TO CLOSE NJWEEDMANS JOINT HELP RE-OPEN IT Ed will not quit fighting, as his track record has proven, but he needs your help to recover from this tyrannical attack and get NJWEEDMANS JOINT back open.
