Exposure to nature not only makes you feel better emotionally, it contributes to your physical wellbeing, reducing blood pressure, heart rate, muscle tension, and the production of stress hormones. Learn the science of how time spent in nature helps to improve our physical and mental well-being. U of M Extension Master Gardener volunteers are eager to share research-based gardening best practices that promote healthy landscapes, healthy foods, and healthy lives with the people in their community. Instructor: Ramsey County Master Gardener Cost: $5/free for co-op owners This class will be offered online via the Zoom app so you won't have to leave your house. After registration, an email link to join this presentation through Zoom will be emailed to you as well as a handout that we will be using in the class.
