Kerrilynn Pamer's food philosophy implies that "beauty is wellness," and for that, she believes one should always eat whole foods that satisfy both the body & soul. As a person who has dealt with skin issues & celiac disease most of her life, she learned to modify many of her favorite recipes to adapt to her new lifestyle's needs. Kerrilynn’s healthy eating habits adapted from years of self-experimentation make her the intuitive chef she is today.
Greg & Kerrilynn’s friendship goes way back to New York City, where CAP Beauty became one of the first stores to carry out Dark Horse Organic pantry products. They have been friends for years and have worked & collaborated on many events together. Greg admires Kerrilynn’s skill and love for home cooking & hopes that you can learn from her perspective when it comes to connecting to your plate.
