Designed to help you discover the still, silent, spaciousness within and live life from a place of peace, calm and serenity, Mind Calm Meditation is a quick and easy way to experience Peace with Life. Rather than having to fix, change and improve your life circumstances, before you can experience peace, Mind Calm helps you let go of overthinking and find an infinite well of inner-calmness, no matter what is going on.

Mind Calm Meditation works by helping you to change your relationship with your mind by being 'consciously aware' during daily life.
Mind Calm is different from other meditation techniques because it is awareness-based instead of mind-based, allowing you to have a deeper experience of calm.
Mind Calm also lets you have the experience of calm-ness anytime anywhere, because it is an 'eyes open' and 'eyes shut' practice - which means you can enjoy the benefits of Mind Calm throughout your day, as you get on with your life.

This online course is structured to give participants plenty of time to practice, ask questions and build up a solid experience of Calm.
Dates are: Mondays 8.15pm-9.15pm - 5th Oct, 12th Oct, 19th Oct, 26th Oct, 2nd Nov, 9th Nov. Summary emails are sent after each class.
Follow up support is provided in the form of a supporting book and guided meditation CD (available online to purchase), ongoing meditation sessions and the opportunity to repeat future courses again for free.
