What a Two-Show “Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience Includes:

Access to the official "Black Box" pre-show lounge on BOTH show days, which includes three (3) complimentary beverages, as well as appetizers and bar snacks
One (1) limited edition Metallica merchandise item for each member of your group
Pre-order your concert merchandise and have it delivered to your platform***
On-site perks such as priority check-in, dedicated support staff, and a fast-track lane into the venue
*The raised platform will be at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor situated less than 75' from the stage itself. The viewing platform provides easy access to the GA standing area as well **Subject to local alcohol compliance rules and restrictions. One cooler per platform, restocking prohibited. Guests must be over the legal drinking age to consume alcohol.
***Concert merchandise will be charged to a single credit card based on items and sizes selected by the group ahead of time
****Group host must remain the same, but the additional group guests can differ between the two weekend shows
A maximum of one (1) Private Platform Experience may be purchased per transaction/per attendee. All prices displayed are in USD. All packages are non-transferable and will be revoked if resold. Each ticket allows entry for up to 8 guests to your chosen show.
Q: What’s included in the “LUX ÆTERNA” Private Platform Experience?
A: This exclusive viewing platform offers an incredible view from the stadium floor, and is private for just you and up to 7 additional guests (8 person max). The platform includes a cooler full of complimentary beverages, an exclusive merchandise item for every group member, and pre-ordered merchandise delivery for any items you would like to purchase. Guests will also have access to the official “Black Box” pre-show lounge.
Q: What is the private viewing platform?
A: This is a raised platform at the base of a production tower encircling the stage on the stadium floor. Less than 75 feet from the stage, this is the best viewing opportunity of the concert provided in the entire stadium. The viewing platform also provides easy access to the GA standing area.
Q: How many people can come on the platform?
A: The platform can host up to EIGHT (8) guests.
Q: Are tickets to the show included in this experience?
A: Yes! This package includes tickets with access to the viewing platform and the general admission floor. Please note that Snake Pit access is not included.
Q: If I bought a two-show package, can different people attend the first and second shows?
A: Yes! For two-show packages, the group host must remain the same, but the additional group guests can differ between the two shows.
Q: What drinks will be in my beverage cooler?
A: The cooler will be stocked with a variety of beverage options ranging from beer, sodas, waters, and more! Beverages vary depending on market and local restrictions. Please note that all drinks must be poured, as no glass or aluminum is permitted on the platform for safety.
Q: How do I preorder my merchandise?
A: Metallica customer service will contact you prior to your event with more information about merchandise offerings, as well as order and delivery details.
Q: Is there seating on the viewing platform?
A: Yes! Seating will be provided for all 8 guests.
Q: Is there a purchasing limit for this package?
A: Yes, the limit is one package per customer. Each package includes up to 8 guests.
Terms and Conditions:
“Lux Æterna” Private Platform Experience” is open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Please note that all package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the actual show date with additional details specific to their package schedule and instructions. Information will be sent to the e-mail address provided at the time of purchase. If you do not receive an email a few days prior to the event please contact the customer service email associated with your region on the Enhanced Experiences FAQ page. For two-show packages, partial attendance to scheduled activities will not be submittable for a partial or full refund. No refunds, exchanges or transfers of packages listed today or in perpetuity will be permitted. All merchandise must be collected onsite on the day of the show. All package programs & times may vary market-by-market and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Events, dates, venue location, party inclusions, merchandise, and amenities are subject to change and cancellation at any time at our sole discretion. All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages for change of mind. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the consumer at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
