This class offers practitioners an opportunity to intimately connect with themselves by becoming acutely aware of their breath and how it travels throughout their body. Mindfulness of Breath is a foundational practice in many spiritual traditions as it seeks to stabilize the mind and focus the attention on a desired object, thus creating the appropriate mental conditions for one's intuition to manifest clearly.
