This class will be a creative and hands-on guide of a weeks worth of meal prep. You will go over all the tips, tricks, and techniques for THREE meals and you will leave with FOUR portions of each meal. You will be able to customize your meals to your preference. Additional meal prep recipes will be provided for you to take home! Complimentary snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the class time as well. Attendees will need to bring tupperware and or pyrex dishes to take food home in.
Our menu will consist of 3 healthy and flavorful meals, each under 400 calories:
Wild Grain Buddha Bowl
"SPO" Pasta
Chicken or Pork Peperonata

TICKETS:
GA: Buy your very own ticket. Take home full meal portions for yourself.
Bring-A-Friend Bundle: A special ticket for two. All meal portions will be split in half and you will work as a pair.

PARKING: Street parking is often available on Elm Street, Elder, Logan and other surrounding streets. There is also a Findlay Market parking lot at Elder and Logan, just around the corner from Findlay Kitchen.

ARRIVAL: The classroom kitchen is all windows and located directly inside the front doors. The doors will be locked so just knock/buzz and someone will let you in.
ATTIRE: Please wear closed toed shoes such as sneakers and clothes you wouldn't mind potentially getting a bit messy. We will offer aprons and side towels. Please wear a hat or plan on having your hair pulled back.
Remember to bring your own tupperware for this class as so you can take your food home! You will need 12 individual dishes with lids or you can do each meal family style instead of in individual portions, then you could bring 6 to 8 larger dishes with lids. Additional tupperware will be provided for purchase if need be.
