94.7 WCSX presents LOVERBOY to the Taylor Summer Festival main stage! For more than 30 years, Loverboy has been “Working for the Weekend” and on weekends, delighting audiences around the world since forming in Calgary, Alberta, when vocalist Mike Reno was introduced to local guitar hot shot Paul Dean, both veterans of several bands on the scene, at that city’s Refinery Night Club. Their chart topping hits include "Turn Me Loose", "Working for the Weekend", "Hot Girls in Love", "Lovin' Every Minute of It" and "Heaven in Your Eyes".
A second national act will be added to the show and announced in late May.
Mad Rabbit will open the night on the main stage! They are best known as Michigan's Live Jukebox™ and Michigan's Ultimate Hare Band! Mad Rabbit features one of the strongest female vocalists in the area and perform songs to not only showcase her range but to also push the boundaries of "safe, easy" covers and play many of the hits that you forgot you loved. Opened for Bret Michaels and The Romantics. Accurately cover Pat Benatar, Triumph, Rush, Heart, Led Zeppelin, Motley Crue, Def Leppard, Warrant, Cinderella, Evanescence, Halestorm, Janis Joplin, Alanis Morisette, RATT and AC/DC.
VIP Tickets include: Seat in the front section of the venue, dinner and two drinks. (not valid for spirits). Dinner which includes pulled pork sandwich, mac & cheese, coleslaw and green beans, catered inside the VIP area at the venue by Whiskeys on the Water between 6p.m. - 7 p.m. - $35
General Admission Tickets: $10 in advance / $15 at the door. Standing room only.
