The Sky Garden at 20 Fenchurch Street is London's highest public garden, providing public space and restaurants at the top of the building, completed in 2014. It is an enclosed space which protects against rain and strong winds that exist 35 floors up. The environmental design brief for the Sky Garden was focussed on maintaining a comfortable space 155 metres above the City of London that functions all year round, without relying on any heating, cooling or mechanical ventilation.
