Live storytelling Moorgreen Hospital, Friday 19th January 12:00-2:00
Botley Rd, West End, Southampton SO30 3JB, UK
Join us for an afternoon of of live storytelling at Moorgreen Hospital, West End. This event, which is part of a joint project with Southern Health to find and share stories from carers, is open to everyone, and runs from 12pm-2pm, in the Tom Rudd building.
At our events you’ll hear real-life stories from ordinary, extraordinary people. The stories will be about overcoming life’s challenges; they will be real and honest, but also hopeful and positive. You can expect to come away feeling touched and inspired! This event is part of a project with Southern Health and will focus on the stories of carers.
This event will be a little different to our other events, there will be a chance for all guests to share their stories and opinions, with an aim to improving services available. You can get as involved as you'd like, there will be no pressure at all, and, as with all our events we have worked hard to create a safe space for everyone to share.
Tickets are free, thanks to our National Lottery grant, but make sure you book yours in advance - unfortunately we can’t admit walk-ins. The generous Touch community still plays a huge role in making our work possible, and we’re so grateful for donations.
As always, thank you for your support and we hope to see you there! - The Touch Network team
