We're featuring a new guest chef, Kristian Leidig (Bacchus at the Wedgewood Hotel, Culinary Capers) who has created an inspiring, one time only menu that will highlight some of the tastiest BC fall ingredients. Inspired from his recent culinary adventures in South America, Chef Kristian is creating a one time only 5 course menu.

Beef heart tacos with smoked potato, caramelized onions and aji amarillo salsa
