Josh Rabinowitz – Founder/Music Consultant, Brooklyn Music Experience
Josh Rabinowitz is an acknowledged global thought leader in that space where music, media, brands and creative content intersect. During his 20 + year career he has produced and/or music supervised over 10,000 tracks for brands, cinema, recording labels and television. Rabinowitz has been called a “New Music Mogul” by Fast Company, “The Voice” of the music branding space in the news, and a "Branding Power Player" by Billboard, where he was also a 'celebrity' columnist for "With the Brand." Rabinowitz was chosen to be the inaugural President of the Cannes Lions (Festival of Creativity) Music Jury in 2016, where he was called "a musical genius” although he prefers to be called “a musical geek.” He resigned his position as EVP/Director of Music at Grey Group in 2019 to start a Music and Sound Consultancy called the Brooklyn Music Experience.
Panellists:
Josh Marcy – Director of Music, Media Arts Lab
Josh Marcy has been working at the intersection of music and marketing for nearly two decades. In his current role as a Director of Music at Media Arts Lab, he has helped create award-winning commercials for Apple with talent such as Stevie Wonder and Billie Eilish. As a record producer and engineer, Josh enjoys collaborating with artists including Hanni El Khatib, DJ Harvey and Khun Narin’s Electric Phin Band - a Thai marching band he discovered on YouTube that topped the World music charts.
Gabe McDonough – Partner/Executive Producer, Music & Strategy
Gabe is one of the most experienced music and branding professionals in the world, orchestrating music strategies for brands like Apple, Ford, Samsung, Coke, LG, Coach and many more. After creating the music departments at Chicago powerhouse agencies Leo Burnett and DDB and a brief stint at Media Arts Lab in Los Angeles, McDonough joined MAS in 2015. McDonough has built a reputation for finding and breaking emerging artists through memorable campaigns, including Santigold’s breakthrough “Lights Out” placement in Bud Light Lime commercials, and, more recently, Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song” used in Ford spots. Always looking for non-traditional ways to incorporate music into brand campaigns, McDonough even enlisted Wilco’s Glenn Kotche to “play” faucets for a Delta Faucet commercial. At his current role at MAS, McDonough oversees the West Coast business in original music composition, music supervision and music strategy.
Anh-Thu Le – Director of Content Production/Executive Producer, TBWA/Chiat/Day

Anh-Thu’s passion for storytelling comes through in all length and form. Outside of advertising she produced the independent film “Bella Vita”. This award-winning Italian surf/travel feature length documentary world premiered at the San Sebastián International Film Festival and toured at festivals worldwide prior to being released in over 30 countries theatrically, on iTunes, DVD, Netflix, and other digital VOD platforms.
