Intro to Mindfulness (6 week course) - Blackheath

This course is a chance to learn about the principles that make up
the foundations of mindfulness. You will be introduced to informal ways
to practice mindfulness during your day and will also have an
opportunity to try some short guided formal mindfulness practices too.
The sessions help you to begin to prioritise self-care in your daily
life and there's also a chance to chat with other participants, and the
facilitator Hayley, about mindfulness-based tips and tricks to help you
look after your own well-being.
It runs at the Age Exchange in Blackheath from 1.30pm - 2.30pm on the following Tuesdays:

The price of the course includes the 6
sessions, a book, a CD with email and phone support during the course
and eligibility to free follow-up sessions.
