IMMERSIVE YOGA COMES TO FRAMELESS Join us on Sunday 3rd December at our immersive gallery space at Frameless London, for a yoga class like no other. Lead by expert instructor Adam Husler from 8am to 9.15am, the class will be entwined with a relaxing sound bath, led by Holly Husler. Taking place in Frameless’ largest of four galleries; ‘The World Around Us’, a backdrop of sensational artworks re-imagined, creating a truly magical and immersive experience. Guests are free to explore all four Frameless galleries following the class at no extra cost. Our Café Bar will also be open for breakfast and refreshments from around 9.30am. Vinyasa Yoga and Magical Sound Bath Begin your day with Adam guiding you though a creatively sequenced class feature long holds, controlled yet dynamic movements, intelligent alignment, anatomical precision and a focus on integrity, over depth, in postures. Holly with then take you on a journey of sounds, where healing vibrations and sensations from beautiful instruments such as crystal bowls, chimes and Holly’s singing voice will weave their wonders over and through you. Expect a unique, sensory experience which aims to leave you in a state of balance and harmony. (@iamhollyhusler) Frameless is redefining the experiential immersive art space. Situated in Marble Arch, we are the largest permanent multi-sensory experience in the UK. Frameless features four galleries and showcases some of the world’s greatest works of art presented in ways never seen before. Where art breaks free. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Please bring your own yoga mat for this event.  This event is for those aged 16 and over. Advance purchase only. Bookings can be made via Universe and your proof of ticket will be required to gain entry. Tickets for yoga will not be available to purchase at the door. Tickets are non-refundable. Doors will open 30 minutes before the class begins. Entry is via the main entrance at 6 Marble Arch Place. The class will commence at the advertised time so please allow time to access the gallery and set up your mat. We cannot allow entry more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. A complimentary cloakroom is available where you can leave small bags however, we do not have lockers for valuables, so all possessions are left at your own risk. Bicycles, scooters and skateboards are not allowed inside the building. All physical exercise can be strenuous and involve risk and so you are advised to seek the advice of your doctor before embarking, especially if you have limiting conditions or are overweight, pregnant, taking regular medication, recovering from injuries or have any existing medical conditions. It is your responsibility to ensure that the classes you take and the variations you choose are appropriate for your physical and mental conditions/limitations. If you have any concerns about being photographed, please speak to a member of staff at the event as occasionally we may film or take photos during the event with the purpose of using the images for Frameless marketing purposes.
