Established in 1998, the opening of the European marked the beginning of Melbourne’s obsession with food and wine. Today, the group is made up of ten distinct venues which reflect Melbourne’s diverse community. Each designed in collaboration with local architects. After 21 years, these iconic restaurants have become quintessentially Melbourne.
