ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Ray Carroll has been a student of sales and evangelist of sales/marketing technology for nearly 15 years. He’s currently the VP of Sales at Engagio, handpicked by his old Co-Founder Jon Miller, to build the Account Based Everything software category. Prior to Engagio, he was the 28th employee at Marketo and a key leader from startup to IPO. Over his 7 years with the company, he helped the company in various roles and leadership capacities helping Marketo go from from 1M to 250M in annual revenue. When he’s not helping or interacting with sales/marketing pros, you can find him at home with his wife and children. Outside of work and family, Ray uses his extra time to follow his beloved Denver Broncos and try out each and every new gadget he can get his hands on.
Ryan Reisert is the Co-Founder of Inside Sales Bootcamp where he is helping increase diversity in tech by teaching women, under-represented minorities and young professionals the skills needed to land their first jobs in tech. Ryan has a proven track record of helping companies build a repeatable sales process and hiring high-performance sales teams to grow revenues from $0 - $10M ARR. Most recently Ryan was VP of Sales at Booshaka, a social marketing automation platform that was acquired by one of the fastest growing software companies of all time, Sprinklr, in November 2015. He's held various VP and Director level positions and was even Co-Founder at TheLions, a San Francisco based recruiting firm that helps tech companies hire top sales talent.
Daniel Barber recently joined as VP of Sales at Datanyze. Prior to Datanyze, Daniel led revenue for Node.io, built and scaled sales teams at ToutApp (backed by Andreessen Horowitz) and Responsys (acquired by Oracle for $1.5B in December 2013).
J. Ryan Williams is VP of Sales at LeadGenius, a Berkeley based startup with over 150 customers, 50 employees and investors such as Y Combinator, A16Z, and Sierra Ventures. Prior to joining LeadGenius, Ryan was the first sales manager at AdRoll where he grew a team of 32 in 8 months, built sales training programs for 300 reps, and created the SDR team. In addition to coaching reps and managers, Ryan also runs a mentorship group for founders called SalesCollider.
