Description
I Will Tell is an inspirational international film festival which encourages filmmakers, inspires festival goers and shines a light on the hidden stories of the Other. We believe that society only truly moves forward when we begin to honour those who have been excluded. The result is a powerful celebration of impactful feature dramas, documentaries, animations and short films from across the world with each screening followed by a post-screening Q&A with filmmakers, country ambassadors, subject matter experts and community leaders.
The festival has run in the UK for 11 years and you can join us for our very first US festival on Saturday 9 December 2017.

ABOUT OUR NAME
The name of the festival comes from a Senna word spoken in Mozambique, NDINADSAWAPANGA. The word was taught to festival director Jenny Lee by a young girl living in impoverished circumstances who wanted an education but 'was not allowed to go to school. She determined, however, that she would use the power of her voice to tell her story as a way of overcoming her circumstances #TheSecretIsOut. @iwilltell
