This is a 3-part workshop series hosted by Nida Nathani and Jaclyn Irwin, two Holistic Nutritionists that have a passion for intuitive and mindful eating and living.
All workshops are interactive and aim to inspire you to live your healthiest life without any more food drama or obsession. Each workshop is designed to build on the previous, however, you can choose to buy solo workshops if that works best for you.
When you step into each workshop, you will be welcomed with open arms, a free workbook, helpful resources, goody bag and all the love and support you need to bust through your health and wellness plateau. Because most of us know what to eat but struggle with how to eat in a way that feels intuitive and balanced.
Workshop One: How to Stop Eating your Feelings (recognizing cravings, emotional and binge eating): This workshop is designed to show you how to recognize the triggers that cause emotional eating and strategies to deal with it. We also discuss cravings, why they happen and what you can do about them. (January 14)
Workshop Two: How to Show Yourself Love without Eating A Box of Donuts: This workshop will introduce and discuss important topics like mindful eating, self care and reducing stress. You will gain valuable insight and understanding on how to eat intuitively, how to trust yourself around food, how to develop your own personalized self care routine (and why this is important) and simple strategies to deal with stress. (January 21)
Workshop Three: How to Deal with Hanger (balancing your blood sugar): This workshop will show you a simple way to balance your macronutrients (no need for any apps or calculators!) so you don't feel like a crazy person around food. We will also show you effective strategies to navigate real world social situations such as going out to eat, parties and traveling all while staying in tune with your body's wants and needs. (January 28)

About Nida: Nida’s passion for holistic nutrition and wellness began during her early years in university.
