Homeplace Beer Company presents a new and ongoing series of pop-up beer dinners at the historic Nu Wray Inn of Burnsville, NC.
Stackhouse of Mars Hill, NC will present a four course, hyper-local menu on December 1st, 2018. Harkening back to the old days of the Nu Wray Inn dining hall, this meal will be served family style with each course paired with Homeplace beers. Guests will also take home a 7 oz. commemorative glass.
Standing Course - Faith Healer-smoked cheddar beer cheese, with soft pretzel, sausage and pickled veg
Second Course - Field greens, deviled egg, roasted new potatoes, daikon radish, lightly dressed in a lemon herb vinaigrette
Third Course - Dry Ridge Farm smoked pork shanks glazed in a tomato bacon gastrique, pickled mustard seed and red cabbage rotkohl
Fourth Course - Apple Strudel ala mode
Tickets are limited to 50. In addition to online sales there will be a limited amount of tickets at the Homeplace taproom as well as Stackhouse in Mars Hill.
