Are you a Highly Sensitive Teen Girl*?
*for those 15-19 who identify as female
In this group you will:
Learn a basic understanding of what it means to be a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP).
Meet other teenagers in a small setting (no more than 8 people) who 'get' you.
Learn self-soothing techniques that work for you when you're feeling overwhelmed or anxious.
Discover your gifts as an HSP.
Choose from one of the following dates and times:
Saturday, June 3, 2023, 12:00pm-1:30pm
Saturday, June 17, 2023, 12:00pm-1:30pm
Saturday, June 24, 2023, 12:00pm-1:30pm
This group will be led by Nancy McMahan, LCPC.
Nancy is a highly sensitive person and a trained therapist. She will make sure the you feel save and valued in this group.
PLEASE NOTE - Groups that receive fewer than two (2) registrations will be rescheduled to a later date. Registration will close one week prior to the training date. Registered attendees will be notified of cancellations/rescheduling one week prior to the date of the training and will be offered their choice of a refund or credit toward a future training event.
