Join us live for a beautiful all-day virtual event to celebrate and honor high summer 🌞 Move with us through dance, cool down with herbal allies, cook with us live as we explore summer nourishment, learn about the energetics of this time of year and how we can care for ourselves as we tap into high summer energy, explore creativity and our natural cycles of creation, set intentions for the following months, and breathe with us with reiki-infused breathwork. ~ Workshops will be back to back throughout the day on Sunday, July 30th - feel free to drop in live for one, or stay for all. We would love to have you there to create the container, learn together, and share in beautiful high-summer practices to nourish, ground, and expand. OUR INCREDIBLE WORKSHOP INSTRUCTORS ~ Somatic Movement Exploration with Caroline Caswell (yoni_mitchell_) In this virtual movement class, we will explore improvisational dance forms and somatic inquiry. Together we dance with the sun. Wear comfortable clothing and prepare a cleared area of your home or outdoor space to move freely in. ~ Understanding the Wheel of Creation to Curate Your Dream Life with Sarah Burns (@thirdeyekiss) and Stephanie Cabey (@stephanie_cabey) of We Are The Matriarchy. In this one-hour immersive workshop, you'll be guided by Sarah Burns and Stephanie Cabey of We Are The Matriarchy into a deeper understanding of how to work with nature to become the creator of your dream life. Sarah will awaken your innate wisdom with an exploration of the astrological wheel of creation and decay to support you in nurturing any creation in your life. Next, Stephanie will usher you into a visualization to connect with future you in order to conjure up your supreme vision for this upcoming year and receive the next steps you need to turn your desired life into reality. You'll leave with the ability to harness the divine magic that awaits you in the cycles of creativity and as well as a blueprint to take confident, inspired action on your destiny. ~ Energetics of High Summer - practices, and tools with (@aylawayman). We will dive into the energetics of this time of year and ways to work with the energy of high summer. We will explore tools and practices for the heat, high energy, low energy, and all states in between. ~ Nourishment in High Summer with Sierra Lash (@sierrralash). Together we will cover: – Exploration of our own self-nourishment practices generally and seasonally – Prompts for reflection around seasonal living and celebration in high-summer – A live intuitive cooking class on the make-up of a perfect summer salad. ~ Staying Cool: Herbs for High Summer with Jaskrit Bhalla of (@innergarden). Summertime, or Pitta season, is the most important time of year to remember to stay cool, hydrated, refreshed, and mineralized. In this workshop, we will be exploring various medicinal herbs and herbal preparations that support overall summer wellness so that you can make the most of the long, sunny days and warm nights. Together, we will make a cooling and hydrating herbal solar infusion together to strain after the workshop and sip on throughout the next couple of days. ~ Reiki Infused breathwork with Marianna (Mari) Boglarka (Bogi) Hegyi (@marigodmother). Join us for a powerful breathwork circle. Every circle will start with some light movement and connection before getting into the breathing experience. We will end with the opportunity to debrief and share. Marianna is trained in Revelation Breathwork, which connects you with your True Self— perfect, whole, expansive, and eternally connected to Source. This active meditation is an embodiment practice designed around Spiritual Psychology principles, chakra activations, and a curated musical experience in a safe space for your healing journey. If you would like more information, you can watch this video beforehand. It will explain the breathing technique and what to expect during the experience (this will also be reviewed during the circle).
