In anticipation of our debut book ‘WILD’ launch in October, we are delighted to offer a not-to-be missed Wild Dessert Masterclass led by our talented dessert chef Ana Garrera.
This is an amazing opportunity to explore the epic desserts that make Wild Food Café one of the most iconic and loved plant based dessert destinations in London. Learn to make mini individual portion desserts as well as bigger cakes at home, taking your healthy, wholesome, delicious and sexy dessert making skills to the next level.
In this evening workshop you will explore the alchemy of desserts, learn a myriad of techniques and immerse yourself in the practical exploration of flavour, texture and sweetness.
All desserts taught in the class are made using unprocessed ingredients and natural unprocessed sweeteners. Gluten free, soy free, refined sugar free.

- Notepad & pen- Water bottle - Container to bring your desserts back home (if you haven't devoured them all as we go!) - Apron- Lots of energy and smiles :)
