Bring your own laptop. This is a hands-on learning course. By the end of the course, you will be able to:
DAY 1 - Tuesday, September 26, 6-9PM
Set business objectives (How much can I buy a customer for?)
Plan your campaigns (How can I buy a customer at a profit?)
Do Keyword Research (How do I reach these customers?)
Create your Account Structure (Show them the right ad at the right time)
Write Great Ad Copy (Creating emotional responses in 135 characters or less)
Use Ad Extensions (Making sure your ads are fully charged)
Decide on and planning landing pages (The art of delivering the irresistible offer)
Launch Adwords campaign for a real business
DAY 2 - Thursday, September 28, 6-9PM
Review campaign results
Optimize campaign results
Google Analytics (Essential for finding out why its not working, and fix it)
Re-Targeting (How to catch the one that got away)
Google Display Network (How to reach people that are not looking)
The key outcome will be a working knowledge of the components of the AdWords system and how they can work together to produce results for you and your business.
In the workshop, you'll run an Adwords campaign for two days for a real business with a $25 budget per team. This is an intensely practical session where we walk you through the steps to create or improve your own successful AdWords campaigns.

This Google Adwords full-day workshop is for those who want to use Google Adwords to increase their sales. Things that makes this workshop different from the Adwords Academy:
Low student-to-instructor ratio - maximum 10 students
Google Adwords certified instructors with combined experience of 15+ years of digital marketing and analytics experience at companies like PepsiCo, Cineplex and VC-funded startups in San Francisco, New York and Toronto
Hands-on, interactive learning experience with an industry expert
If you are looking for an introduction to Google Adwords, Google offers excellent FREE introductory video training in their Adwords Academy. Though, it won't be as interactive and fun as this full-day workshop.
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR
Ramli John is a Google Analytics and Google Adwords certified, data-driven and results-focused full-stack growth marketer with over 9 years of marketing experience. After receiving a B.Math degree from University of Waterloo, Ramli worked at PepsiCo and in a wide array of environments from in-house, freelance, B2C, e-commerce, multi-sided market and B2B. He’s led marketing teams for VC-funded tech companies in San Francisco, New York, and Toronto. He's a digital marketing instructor at RED Academy and part-time marketing professor at Centennial College.
