Kundalini combines breathwork (pranayam), mantra (sound and frequency), meditation, and movement. In this class, we move, meditate breathe, and download mantras to elevate. In doing so you can have more strength, energy, a strong nervous system, more love, and more prosperity!
This is a 1-hour experience. No experience is needed, all levels are welcome.
Come in comfortable clothes, and bring a yoga mat or sheepskin if you have one.
