At The Wellscene we do yoga and fitness differently. We turn off the light, crank up the music and team up with London’s favourite yoga teachers and personal trainers to give you an endorphin boosting feel-good evening (without the hangover the next day).
This January we'll be hosting an event every Friday night, so you can't start 2018 fit and healthy, without giving up on your social life.

If this sounds right up your street and you'd love to come to more than one event, the January Sweat Pass is for you. You'll get two classes for £37.50 (instead of £45) and three classes for £50 (instead of £67.50).
Unlike most other yoga and fitness classes, these will takes place in the near dark. We'll mainly use black light to illuminate the space, giving it a really cool purple glow. To make things extra spectacular, we ask you to come in your brightest active wear. We'll be handing out glow sticks when you arrive and have a DIY neon face paint station set up so you can literally sweat, flow and glow in the dark.
On 26 January we'll be teaming up with Anna Karides for a very special acro yoga class where the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics and the loving kindness of healing arts are blended into one. Acro yoga is performed mainly in pairs or in groups and is open to all levels (modifications will be given). No previous experience required and it's totally okay to come on your own!
Hang around for a little while after class, as we'll be treating you to a post-yoga smoothie or cheeky glass of wine or beer (your choice). Just because you want to start 2018 healthy and fit, doesn't mean your social life needs to go down the drain!
You'll also get a nicely filled goodie bag with some of our favourite healthy drinks and snacks.
