ALL YOU CAN EAT AND DRINK AND DANCE!
This Feast will be featuring fermented goods from local producers across the Boulder area. Chef Jordan Anderson will be putting together an entire menu, including a taco bar and an asian noodle bar! Local breweries, distilleries and wineries will be contributing, as well as kombucha and water kefir! It's not to miss.
The Feast of Fermentation will include:
- All you can eat taco bar with fermented toppings
- All you can eat asian noodle bar with fermented toppings
- Drinks of all kinds: beer, wine, spirits, kombucha, water kefir and more!
- Silent Auction
- Live Music
- High Fives
- Homebrew Competition
- And more.
The Feast of Fermentation is Boulder Food Rescue's annual fundraising event. Last year we made $12,000 which enabled us to grow our operations and impact this year. This year, we are hoping to make $15,000 which would result in $120,000 worth of fruits and vegetables that goes directly to low-income community members who would not be able to be purchase them otherwise. You can help make a difference in this community! Go ahead, celebrate with us.
Youth are welcome - there will not be separate childcare but kids are allowed to come and enjoy the event!
