The Ivey Health Sector Club’s Conference is designed to provide students with the opportunity to network with leaders in the healthcare industry and explore health-related careers. Delegates will complete a strategy healthcare case in teams of four, submit a completed slide deck, and present it to a panel of healthcare industry experts. The winning team will be awarded a dinner with our platinum sponsors. The event will take place at the Richard Ivey Building on October 26th, 2019. We are excited to fulfill the IHSC’s mission and are committed to ensuring a successful event for sponsors, students, judges, and all other participants.
What is EVOLVE 2019?
The theme of this year’s conference is EVOLVE. Evolution implies progression: progression of the industry, progression of careers, and progression of our health.
We are fascinated by the steps that are being taken to contribute to the ever-changing landscape of healthcare. With an increased focus on holistic health, we have seen a dramatic shift in the way people are choosing to take care of themselves. To reflect this integrated approach to health, we want this year’s conference to be reflective of the many students who aspire to be a part of the future health ecosystem. EVOLVE will host students from the Ivey School of Business, the Schulich School of Medicine and Dentistry, and Western University.
