The EU–UK Trade and Cooperation Agreement is a trade agreement signed on 30 December 2020, between the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and the United Kingdom. It has been applied provisionally since 1 January 2021, when the Brexit transition period ended.
In this webinar we hope to provide an overview of data adequacy and the 'bridging mechanism' as agreed within the TCA.
