Alexej Pikovsky, CEO & Co-Founder, Alphagreen Group
Alexej and his co-founders saw the need to help European customers access the best products in wellness and medical cannabis. Alphagreen Group operates a curated marketplace in the UK and separately imports and distributes medical cannabis to pharmacies in Germany.
Prior to Alphagreen, Alexej has been working as an investor for a large-cap private equity fund and a family office where he ran the venture capital operations. He gained operational and board-level experience working closely with Compo Expert, the largest European specialty fertiliser business, as well as leading their trade sale. Alexej started his career in M&A at Nomura.
Alexej holds a Masters from Imperial College London and is a Fellow of the German National Academic Foundation.

Camilla Hansson, Founder of Camilla Organics
Camilla was inspired to start the company after having struggled from a condition called endometriosis, causing painful menstrual cramps. She found the relief she was looking for in CBD oil and wanted to share its benefits with other women. This led Camilla to create her own premium quality CBD products which are especially formulated for women.She has previously studied Naturopathy and Nutrition at CNM London with a focus on women’s natural health. Prior to entering the CBD industry Camilla won the Miss Sweden competition in 2014 and has worked as an international model.
Hannah Skingle, COO, Dragonfly Biosciences Ltd
Hannah’s progression at Dragonfly from Business Development to COO within a year is a testament to her drive. Making her mark early on this blossoming industry, she has played an integral role in growing Dragonfly from the backend over the past three years. She successfully launched the DragonflyCBD brand as the first CBD product into Boots, which had a launch timeline of just 6 weeks, defying the norms of the health and wellness space. In addition, DragonflyCBD was the first CBD product to launch in Tesco and has established DragonflyCBD as a leading brand in the fast-growing complex CBD category. Hannah offers thought leadership at a number of cannabis events such as The Grocer, CBD Summit and Cannabis Europa. Hannah was schooled in the world of business, she topped the Management Tripos at King’s College London and holds a Master’s in Management from LSE. During the latter, her final project focused in on innovative industries and how diversity is key to encouraging their development. She’s put her thesis to the test at Dragonfly by building a fresh-faced team in their early 20s.
Scott Kelly, Director and Co-Founder of Wetherby Growth PLC
Scott Kelly is a Director and Co-Founder of Wetherby Growth PLC, an emerging investment firm in London focused on funding opportunities in the Global Cannabis Industry. Wetherby makes equity and debt investments and co-invests alongside industry leaders.
Scott served as an Executive Chair of Newstrike Brands (HIP.V), where he led a privately-held Canadian licensed producer of cannabis through a highly successful RTO in 2017 and oversaw a series of financings totaling over C$150 million in 2018. In 2019, Newstrike was acquired by a top 5 TSX listed Cannabis Company listed on the TSX and NYSE.
Scott is a serial entrepreneur who also worked at the TMX Group, the parent company for the Toronto Stock Exchange and TSX Venture Exchange, acted as a director and investor in many listed companies over his career, and has sat on various Audit, Compensation and Governance Committees. Scott holds a BA from Queen’s University, Canada, and further certification from the Venture Capital Executive Program at University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business.
Crispin Blunt, Member of the Parliament
Crispin was elected MP for Reigate in 1997 having formerly served as an army officer.
In Parliament, Crispin has served in the Shadow Cabinet with briefs including trade and energy and security and counter-terrorism. He has served as both Minister for Prisons and as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee.
Crispin is currently the Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Global LGBT Rights, co-chair of the APPG for Humanism and co-Chair of the APPG on Drug Policy Reform. He is the Conservative Middle East Council’s Vice-Chair.
In January 2019 Crispin set up and launched the Conservative Drug Policy Reform Group whose objective is to promote evidence-based drug policy reform on the centre right. He is currently the Group’s unremunerated Chair and Chief Executive Officer.
Olivia Ferdi, Co-Founder of Trip Drinks
Olivia trained as a solicitor in the City, and began using CBD to help with anxiety. Her husband Daniel had recommended CBD after finding immense benefits with recovery from knee surgery in 2018. Dr Tasmina Goraya, Partner at Taylor Wessing, Life Sciences Group
Tasmina is partner in the Patents team of Taylor Wessing and a member of the firm's Life Sciences Group. She specialises in three areas with a particular focus on life sciences: regulatory compliance; patent and commercial disputes with a particular focus on arbitrations; and transactional IP (including IP and regulatory support on M&As and investments). Her regulatory work covers a wide spectrum of regulatory and compliance issues in the pharmaceutical, medical device and healthcare sectors.
Tasmina has a degree in Toxicology & Pharmacology from London University and a PhD in Pharmacology from Cambridge University and was previously a post-doctoral research associate in academia prior to moving into law. She qualified as a solicitor (England & Wales) in 2011 and has a Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice from Oxford University.

Laurène Tran works at the intersection of cannabis policies and strategy in Europe.
As the director of ACTIVE, a pan-European association, she led 2 reports - CBD in France and CBD in Europe with the contributions of several experts and officials.
She organized, "Cannabis Renaissance" the fist major conference on cannabis at the European Parliament in Brussels and subsequently launched, Shift Europe, an online publication to sketch the path to build a common regulatory framework for medical cannabis in Europe.
Laurène was an adjunct lecturer at Sciences Po School of Public Affairs in tech & policy; and graduated from ESSEC Business School.
Toby Gordon-Smith, CEO and co-founder of Grass & Co.
Toby has been the driving force behind the Grass & Co brand, looking to shape and deliver a trusted British brand that combines the highest quality, naturally grown CBD with other botanical ingredients.
