Emily Ratajkowski is a writer, actress, model, and activist. Her 2020 essay for New York, titled “Buying Myself Back,” sparked widespread public discourse on image ownership and led to the deal for her début book, “My Body,” a collection of personal essays that will be released in November. Ratajkowski is also the creator of the ready-to-wear brand Inamorata and the face of L’Oréal’s hair-care line Kérastase. Her films include David Fincher’s “Gone Girl” and Amy Schumer’s “I Feel Pretty,” among others.
Amy Schumer is an Emmy Award-winning and Tony-nominated standup comedian, actress, writer, producer, director, and best-selling author. She quickly garnered critical acclaim for her work on the Comedy Central series “Inside Amy Schumer” and the Universal Pictures film “Trainwreck.” Her subsequent film credits include “Snatched” and “I Feel Pretty.” “Expecting Amy,” her three-part docuseries, premièred on HBO Max, in 2020. Up next for Schumer is “Life & Beth,” a Hulu comedy series that Schumer will star in, write, direct, and executive-produce.
Michael Schulman is a staff writer at The New Yorker and has contributed to the magazine since 2006. He has written more than a hundred Talk of the Town pieces, and his interview subjects have included Linda Ronstadt, Anthony Hopkins, and Fran Lebowitz. He is the author of the Times best-seller “Her Again: Becoming Meryl Streep.”
