Easy Street in association with The Gathering Festival are delighted to announce that Tara Breen, Padraig Rynne & Jimmy Murray plus Special Guests will perform on Friday 24th of September 2021 as part of Killarney Trad Fest in the INEC Club. Each event will operate at a reduced capacity of 200 per show due to current Government Covid- 19 event guidelines.
Each attendee from your POD will be required to be fully vaccinated to attend the event and will need to show their Covid Passport upon entry.
Doors will open at 7.00pm to allow for staggered arrival times and the concert will begin at 8.00pm.
Tickets are available to purchase in group's of 2,4 or 6 only and are non transferable. All attendees from your group of 2,4 or 6 must arrive together on the night of the concert and will be allocated a specific arrival time in advance.
Under 16's must be accompanied by an adult, Valid ID Required.
Please Note: In order to keep everyone safe the Gleneagle INEC Arena advises customers to not attend the concert if they have any symptoms of Covid-19 (www.hse.ie). In this scenario, tickets will be fully refundable. Otherwise, we look forward to welcoming you to the event.
The 200 capacity configuration is made up of Pods of 2,4 or 6. This POD is fully seated, cabaret style with tables allocated to groups of 4 or 6 people only. All tables are over 1 metre apart from each other.
Each POD will be fully sanitised in advance of the event and individual hand sanitiser will provided on each table. Operational Staff and Ushers will be in the Venue to assist at all times. We have designated Male and Female toilets specifically for each event.
If you wish to attend the show then you must book a full table for your group to share with housemates, family or social bubbles. A minimum purchase of 2,4 or 6 tickets is required with no individual tickets available. Tickets will be available on the night subject to availability due to limited capacity.
We ask you to remain at your table for the duration of the show except to use the toilets, food & beverage offerings and the designated outside smoking area.
Face coverings MUST be worn at all times except when seated (entry, exit, to/from toilets, food & beverage, smoking area etc.)
All attendees will be required to have their smartphone switched on and HSE COVID app installed (to further facilitate contact tracing).
When you book your ticket you are required to provide your full name, contact number, email address and other Covid-19 related information for contact tracing purposes. When you arrive at the venue we will require a contact name and phone number of all ticket holders within your party. This information will be held for one month only at which point it will be permanently discarded.
When queuing to enter the venue we ask to remain at least 2 metres apart from person in front of you as we check-in and seat people. To further ensure the safety of our customers and staff, you will have an allocated arrival time. Please ensure you arrive at your specific allocated arrival time and with your full party. Once you enter and contact tracing has been carried out, you and your party will be ushered to your pre-allocated table.
Your temperature may be checked before entering the venue.
Hand Sanitising stations are available on entry and more throughout each POD.
All high touch areas are disinfected on a regular basis as are the toilets.
All staff will be wearing face masks and will be adhering to our very strict company Covid-19 policies to ensure their safety and that of our guests.
All performers, management and crew will be temperature checked and contact traced upon arrival.
The Safety of our staff, customers and performers is paramount and the steps we are taking will ensure that everyone can enjoy their night and remain safe while doing so.

The Purchaser and/or holder of the within ticket acknowledges that the venue and/or artist and/or promoter bear no responsibility whatsoever should the purchaser and/ or ticket holder of the within ticket become infected with a contagious illness whilst attending the event for which ticket has been purchased.
