David from Chorlton Whisky will be providing both the whisky and the expertise, and we will be doing the snacks.
Tickets are £20 and include 3 whiskies, 3 paired snacks, and a onus pour of your favourite whisky at the end.

A clean, fruity and elegant Speyside whisky from a very underrated distillery. The nose has wildflowers, hay bales and hints of tropical fruits. The palate has green orchard fruits, citrus and honey.

Coig Deicheadan 17-year-old from Chorlton Whisky. 46.5%.
A blend of single malts from Bunnahabhain, Glenturret, Highland Park and Macallan, some of which is 50 years old. The very last bottle! The nose has baked apple, red cherry and leather. The palate has dried fruits, Christmas spices, cream and orange peel.

Ardmore 20-year-old from The Scotch Malt Whisky Society. 55.8%.
A characterful lightly-peated make from the Highlands. The nose has heather, lemon and some earthy smoke. The palate is oily and sweet, with burning driftwood, liquorice and a trace of salt.
