Data-driven, Scalable Vendor Risk Assessment
Synopsis:
According to Gartner, 66 percent of security professionals admit that they trust third-party vendors too much. On average, 181 vendors access a company’s network in a single week. How can you go beyond traditional risk assessment approaches and bring efficiencies and scale into your vendor risk management program?
This session will discuss how to enhance current models for managing vendor risks. 1) Why is vendor risk management important now more than ever? 2) How do you attach a financial cost to vendor exposure? 3) Which data can you use to define vendor assessment priorities? 4) How can you bring efficiencies and scale into the process? We will use the framework developed by Arceo to show how you can take your best practices to the next level with an automated and data-driven approach.
