Through rites, rituals and ceremony, learn to approach death with confidence and courage. Conscious Transitions: Living with Dying is a 2-day experiential workshop designed to help people approach death consciously. In this class participants discover a variety of techniques which will help the dying person and their loved ones find peace. This program draws from the wisdom of the indigenous peoples of the Andes Mountains in South America. Investigate the many ways to open and close sacred space for the dying.
Explore several different methods to assist in the practice of life review.
Experience the power of giving oneself permission to die.
Build an Aya Despcho, a prayer bundle for those who have died, and examine the ways in which participants may create an Aya Despacho ceremony.
