As early years professionals, we know families need a wide range of supports in order to thrive. Family Centres are in place to families in our community navigate the social service system, and are another essential tool in your professional toolbox.
In this two-part training, participants will:
• received tailored information,responsive to the child care sector, that will incorporate situational examplesfrom child care settings;
• increase their knowledgeand awareness of Family Centres, EarlyON Child and Family Centres, relevantreferral processes, and other local community supports available to thefamilies they work with;
• help strengthen communitiesof practice through the sharing of information; and,
• further their ability toconsistently deliver high quality service information and referrals tofamilies.
