Together with Cannabis Chef Vanessa Labrecque, Chef Don Gingrich, certified Cannabis Sommelier Tamara Lilien “CannaLily" and Lead Educators Joshua Tuck and David Brott, the CCC has developed an essential curriculum designed to teach people to cook with cannabis effectively, responsibly, and legally. Incorporating theoretical, practical and sensory elements, this curriculum is a must for anyone who intends to cook and serve cannabis infused food. Students will gain the key knowledge, skills and experience required to transition into the world of legal culinary cannabis - and become among the first in the world to be certified to cook with cannabis!
Our instructors bring 40+ years of cannabis industry experience. Over 500 students have walked through our doors, and have walked out equipped with the confidence to cook with cannabis for themselves and others.
Under the Cannabis Act, students must provide their own legally purchased cannabis to work with - Will be given instruction on what will be required for class.
Attendees must be 19+, in good health, not pregnant or breastfeeding (if you choose to consume THC)
Specified legal cannabis must be procured in advance by attendees.
Attendees must present a valid, government issued identification.
All sales are final. No refunds.
If a class does not have at least 12 attendees, it will be rescheduled to a later date (tickets purchased will be honoured at the rescheduled event)
