National CBRN Centre & Tactical Hazmat proudly host the annual CBRN Tactical Advisors Conference 2023. BOOKING - Booking is secured on the receipt of a valid Purchase Order (PO) or a payment. Once you book a Ticket (choosing Purchase Order/BACS payment), a member of staff will get in touch with you for the Purchase Order/payment to be arranged. The ticket requests will be approved once we receive a valid Purchase Order or payment and the eTicket will be sent to the designated email address. EARLY BIRD TICKETS – (£160+VAT) will be available until 27th February 2023. After that date, the Standard tickets will be £190+VAT. The event sold out early the last 4 times so early booking is recommended. ACCOMMODATION - for 3rd May. If your chosen ticket includes accommodation, the hotel staff will receive your details from the organiser. No confirmation of accommodation will be sent to you. The group check-in will be from 17.00. TICKET APPROVAL - The event is not open to the public. If you've requested a PO/BACS ticket then it will be approved on the receipt of a PO (and the ticket sent). If you're paying via a Credit card, the ticket will be approved within 3 working days (if you're eligible to attend the event, or a member of staff will contact you explaining the reason why the ticket was not approved). NAME CHANGES - The tickets can be booked without the details of the attendee. The names can be confirmed at a later stage (Please put TBC on the booking form and confirm the delegate’s name & their dietary requirements no later than 1 month before the event). We're planning to get Conference t-shirts for the attendees. Please aim to provide the t-shirt size 2 months before the event. If the initially ordered size changes, we cannot guarantee we will be able to provide the required size. If we don't receive the t-shirt size by the deadline, the default will be XL. TIMING - the exact timing and any changes will be confirmed but it is estimated that the registration will be from 11.30 till around 13.00. Buffet lunch will be from 12.00-13.00.
