Led by artisan bakers John DiPuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to baking soft pretzels at home.
In this class, you will:
learn the basics of baking and working with dough
the history of pretzels
make your own German soft pretzels from scratch: including mixing, shaping and baking

As with all TBSP classes, you get to take home anything you make! So be sure to bring a bag or container to transport your goodies.
