This August SHARE Charlotte is partnering with New Generation of African American Philanthropists (NGAAP), as well as The National Pan-Hellenic Council of Charlotte, My Brother’s Keeper Charlotte, and YMCA of Greater Charlotte, to help champion #BPM2020CLT - Charlotte's local celebration of Black Philanthropy Month. We have been working with NGAAP on this collaborative initiative since late last year.
This virtual event (July 21, 4-5pm) will help prepare Charlotte's Black-led, Black-benefiting nonprofits to maximize your organization's exposure as part of Charlotte's celebration of Black Philanthropy Month. During this Zoom call, we will give you more information about the plans for August (including celebrating 8/28 which will be called #CLTGivesBlack), provide you with a brief marketing toolkit you can leverage to be part of the conversation, explain how your organization is eligible for a $5K grant from our 2020 Spotlight Series sponsor, Amy and Brian France Foundation, and provide time to meet your peer nonprofit leaders.
You may click here to access the Zoom link on July 21 at 4pm - this link will also be Emailed to you once you RSVP as well. We look forward to virtually hosting you!
