The 2024 Bord Gáis Energy Legends Tour Series at Croke Park continues when Kilkenny legend Richie Hogan joins staff of the GAA Museum on a unique behind-the-scenes tour of Croke Park on Saturday 8th June, ahead of the Leinster Senior Hurling Championship Final.
During his illustrious inter-county hurling career with the Cats, Richie Hogan won the Liam MacCarthy Cup on seven occasions, alongside eleven Leinster Senior Hurling Championships and five National Hurling Leagues. The versatile Danesfort clubman’s sterling efforts on the field of play earned him four All-Star Awards and in 2014, he was selected as the Hurler of the Year. In addition to his hurling honours, Richie also holds 15 All-Ireland Handball titles and one World Championship. Since stepping away from inter-county hurling in 2023, Richie has ventured into the world of broadcasting and has taken up a new role as an analyst with GAAGO.
This tour is part of the Bord Gáis Energy Legends Tour Series. These special tours, first introduced in 2008, provide fans with an unforgettable opportunity to hear memories and anecdotes at first hand from their GAA heroes.
