The finest independent restaurants, chefs, food artisans and farmers have come together to shine a spotlight on Cochrane's unsung culinary scene. The first annual Big Hill Bottles & Bites will feature small plates & beverages from over 15 local eateries & beverage suppliers. Our event partners are committed to hand made dishes, featuring locally sourced ingredients whenever possible. You'll also have an opportunity to visit our producers lounge where you can meet the farmers, ranchers, and local food artisans from Cochrane and area. Will I need to go eat dinner after this event?No, the portions you receive will be equivalent to a multi-course dinner with beverage pairings.
Are there any additional costs once I get to the event?No! You will receive tasting & beverage tickets upon arrival. Each booth ( both food & beverages) will require one ticket, and you will receive enough tickets to ensure you have a meal and then some!
Do I have to be 18 to attend this event?Yes, all attendees must be 18 years or older to attend this event. Please ensure you bring photo identification with you.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?There will be a wide variety of food and beverages to taste. Unfortunately, participants cannot guarantee substitutions at the event.How many tickets are available to this event?In an effort to create an intimate experience, we have limited this event to just 200 attendees.
