Become a Pest Detective

Knowing if you have a good bug and a bad bug, or a serious plant disease and a cosmetic one makes all the difference in a garden. This class will teach you how to be a detective in your backyard to prevent against, diagnose, and respond to problems affecting your plants using Integrated Pest Management (IPM) best practices.
Instructor: Ramsey County Master Gardener
Cost: $5/free for co-op owners
This class will be offered via Zoom, a cloud based service which offers meetings and webinars so you won't have to leave your house. A Zoom account is not required to attend a meeting. You can join the class using the Zoom mobile apps or desktop applications for Windows and Mac. After registration, an email link to join this presentation through Zoom will be emailed to you as well as a handout that we will be using in the class. First time Zoom attenders will have to download and install the Zoom app which is free, but takes a couple of minutes.
Please plan to connect to the Zoom meeting 5-10 minutes early to trouble shoot the technology and get settled in before class starts.
