Description
Pre-audition workshops are a 3-hour intensive, yet optional sessions designed to help you get ready for audition day. Each session features a mock audition component, so be sure to come feeling and looking your best! We ask that each participant arrive in a 2-piece, form-fitting outfit with sneakers, plus full performance hair and make-up. You’ll then receive individual feedback on your appearance and performance from the HEAT Dance Team manager. Don’t forget to bring a towel, water bottle, work-out sneakers, small snacks, and a list of any questions that you may have.
What to Expect:
Learn HEAT Dancer style choreography at audition speed
Learn "Across The Floor" style audition choreography
A mock audition with rounds similar to the actual audition
Receive individual feedback on your performance, audition outfit, and appearance from the HEAT Dance Team Manager
Receive Audition tips from the HEAT Dancer Manager and current HEAT Dancers
Question & Answer session
Each workshop will feature a seminar on topics including fitness/nutrition, makeup tips, and business etiquette/interviewing skills.
