Up The Antics is a sketch and improvisational comedy group from Bristol, U.K. Established in 2014 as ‘The VA’ by graduates from Bath Spa University, as a company they have performed in and hosted a variety of live performances all over the country, including Bath Comedy Festival, the Southampton Comedy Fridge, and in various venues across London and Bristol.
Collaborating with friends and local artists, Up The Antics will showcase their bizarre and silly take on popular culture, social conventions and nerd nostalgia.

Imogen Palmer has been performing improvised theatre for over six years, most recently with ‘Soothplayers’ (improvised Shakespeare) at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival, and with Impro Melbourne’s improvised musical ‘Smells Like a Song’. She survived all 26 hours of the Bristol Improv Marathon 2017 and runs workshops for impro companies across the UK, specialising in bringing authenticity and good storytelling to improvised work. IMOGENÉ is her first solo, impro project.

Pete is a veteran of the Bath comedy scene, and is currently a member of Bristol-based comedy troupe Up the Antics. His unique nonsense has seen him woo audiences in Bath and Bristol, as well as audiences at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2014 and 2016.
