Canadian Treasures Award Celebration: A Beer Dinner with Steve Beauchesne of Beau's Brewing
The Chefs' House
Tuesday, February 20
George Brown College’s Centre for Hospitality & Culinary Arts is delighted to celebrate Beau’s Brewing as the latest recipient of our Canadian Treasures award.
Founded in 2006 by father and son Tim & Steve Beauchesne, Beau’s has grown to become one of Canada’s largest independent craft breweries. Beau’s beer is certified organic and brewed using 100% organic malts and hops, and local spring water. Beau’s is also the first brewery in Canada to choose 100% green electricity and natural gas. Since 2006 Beau’s has received over 120 awards for innovative brewing, packaging design and community-driven business practices. Brewed in Vankleek Hill, Ontario, Beau’s beer is available across Canada, New York and Massachusetts.
As a celebration of their recognition as a Canadian Treasure, we are delighted to host co-founder and CEO Steve Beauchesne for a very special beer dinner. Beginning with a short reception followed by a 4-course dinner, we will be showcasing 6 beers from the Beau’s family, including an exclusive tasting of the entire 2018 line-up of Beau’s FeBREWary beers. Tickets are limited, priced at $85 plus HST and applicable fees.
