Samarth Chandola is a serial entrepreneur who thrives at the intersection of entrepreneurial spirit and creative passion. He was the founder of V2 Games, a Vancouver-based gaming studio that launched the world's first licensed Pac-Man mobile puzzle game, and scaled the company to over 20 million users, eventually exiting to Victory Square Technologies Inc.Sam is the co-founder of SmartShare Solutions, a data sciences company that uses artificial intelligence to power Smart Cities. He is also the co-founder of pepper.gg, an online esports platform. Sam serves as an adviser to several gaming startups, and is a recipient of the 2014 BC Business Top 30 under 30 award, the RBC Top 75 Canadian Immigrant award, and the 2017 TMX Canada's Next 150 award. He routinely talks about entrepreneurship at events and universities such as Pecha Kucha Nights, University of British Columbia, Simon Fraser University, and the Center for Digital Media.

For the five previous years, he was an Investment Director with a venture capital and venture debt firm, leading more than 15 successful investments. Michael began his career with a seed-stage incubation and investment firm that was created and financed by a successful entrepreneur. Having graduated from McMaster’s DeGroote School of Business, Michael earned his MBA in Management of Innovation and New Technology and Finance.
Blake Corbet has over 25 years of experience in London, New York and Toronto providing advisory and capital markets services to small-cap, mid-sized and large companies. In particular, Mr. Corbet has completed a wide variety of corporate advisory assignments including published formal valuation and fairness opinions for Maritime Tel & Tel in the formation of Aliant, and for ACC TelEnterprises. Prior to joining PI Financial in 2010, Mr. Corbet worked as a senior investment banker at Haywood Securities and before that CIBC World Markets covering the Technology, Media and Telecom Sectors. Prior to 1996, Mr. Corbet worked as a Vice
Bryan Hughes is an experienced professional with over 20 years of trade experience successfully selling products and services to makets in Latin America, USA and Asia. Export Development Canada is Canada's export credit agency and a state-owned enterprise wholly owned by the Government of Canada. Its mandate is to support and develop trade between Canada and other countries, and help Canada's competitiveness in the international marketplace.
Mike Montian’s finance career began in the diversified industries where he deployed both treasury and credit solutions for a wide range of mid-market and larger corporate clients. He saw an obvious gap in a rapidly scaling technology sector when those same solutions were not readily applicable. Since 2016, he has played an active role in the tech communities across Ontario, Alberta and BC, helping current and future Canadian success stories grow quicker, with non-dilutive financing. In his current role as Regional Lead for BMO Technology and Innovation, Mike is charged with finding creative and prudent ways to deploy bank’s capital, develop partnerships with complimentary industry participants and ensure that institutional policies remain at the forefront of this quickly evolving market.
Amy Rae is a Principal at Vanedge Capital, focused on investing in SaaS businesses. Prior to joining Vanedge, Amy was a Vice President with Ziplocal (USA) where she was responsible for the development of new product. Amy has experience in both the investment and startup side of the business having been on the Investment side for 13 years and the startup operational side for 7 years.
Jonathan Kim Jonathan Kim is entrepreneur & lifelong esports enthusiast. Most
recently Jonathan founded SelectBlue Marketing, a full service agency
focused primarily on PPC management for SMB’s and enterprise clients.
Having developed marketing campaigns for early stage startups such as
WeWork, Plated & ManagedbyQ he is now taking his deep understanding
of the space-as-a-service model and applying it to the esports industry.
Sean Dollinger was a Co-Founder of Namaste Technologies Inc. and served as its Chief Executive Officer and President until February 4, 2019. Mr. Dollinger has over 12 years of experience as an entrepreneur focused on online marketing and website design, retail and real estate. He Founded Dollinger Enterprises and served as its President. His Core areas of expertise include concept and market creation through international e-commerce marketing channels and the formation of strategic supply and distribution partnerships to secure and develop products, open logistics channels and improve customer service. Mr. Dollinger was a Director of Namaste Technologies Inc. since February 26, 2016 until February 4, 2019. He has been a Director of BlissCo Cannabis Corp. since July 17, 2018. He studied Computer Science and Business Management. Mr. Dollinger is an experienced entrepreneur having successfully founded, developed and monetized multiple business ventures. Mr. Dollinger is the visionary responsible for the strategic direction of a start-up company that achieved over US$3.4 million of sales in the first twelve months of operations. As an expert in vaporizers, accessories and aromatherapy, he has done business with companies and customers on nearly every continent.
Mark Thomas is the Co-Founder & CEO of ZenSports, which is a mobile peer-to-peer sports betting marketplace where anyone can create and accept bets with anyone else in the world, without the need for a centralized bookmaker. Bettors can fund accounts using fiat or cryptocurrencies, and create bets with their own odds and terms that others will accept.
